Business Analyst

A large and leading financial organization is seeking a Business Analyst for a key role involving data analysis, generating business insights, and leading improvement and optimization processes in the areas of sales, operations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop ongoing reports for senior management
• Identify and highlight business trends and support data-driven strategic decisions
• Build business models, perform economic analyses, and provide actionable recommendations
• Analyze the performance of departments and sales teams, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively
• Provide financial support for organizational processes and assist business unit managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Economics / Accounting / Actuarial Science / Statistics / Industrial Engineering – required
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis with economic impact – required
• Advanced Excel skills – required
• Experience with SQL – a significant advantage
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SNF) – advantage
