Location: Petah Tikva, Israel, with occasional travel to the Haifa office

Meckano is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition &HR manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in the areas of software development, support, sales, and marketing. This role involves leading recruiting efforts and managing all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, employee evaluations, and comprehensive employee lifecycle management. The position also includes full office administration responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for developers, support staff, sales, and marketing teams.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, networking, and recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure the company’s growth requirements are met.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively.
- Manage offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and address any feedback for improvement.
Employee Evaluation and Development:
- Coordinate performance review processes and assist in the development of employee career paths.
- Support management in identifying training opportunities and career development programs.
HR Processes and Administrative Support:
- Design and implement HR policies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle management, from hiring to termination.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
- Provide general administrative support related to HR functions.
Office and Facility Management:
- Oversee full office operations, including liaising with vendors, managing supplies, and ensuring a productive working environment.
- Coordinate office logistics, equipment setup, and maintenance.
- Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Additional HR and Office Tasks:
- Support in salary and benefits administration, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.
- Handle administrative correspondence and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR, specifically within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
- Extensive experience working with tech companies and sourcing IT professionals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to occasional travel to the Haifa office.
