We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Fullstack Team Lead to join our core engineering team. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead top-tier developers, shape product architecture, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, AI-powered security startup.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a fullstack development team with a strong technical and strategic mindset
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable features using React and Node.js
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor developers
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from design to deployment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or tech lead position – must
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack\ software development
- Proven experience with React and Node.js – must
- Solid understanding of modern fullstack architecture and RESTful APIs
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working in dynamic startup environments
- Background in security-focused companies – advantage
