• Lead most accounting aspects and make a significant impact on our business growth across the company.

Your Impact and Mission:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Work closely with the bookkeeping team, providing professional oversight and review of bookkeeping operations, including AR/AP cycles and cash management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US-GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with FP&A and business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide insights and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
• Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance.
• Own and optimize the use of NetSuite ERP across accounting operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls.

Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills:

• Certified CPA with BA in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–5 years of overall professional experience, including internship at a "Big 4" firm.
• In-house experience as Financial Controller or a similar role in startups or a small to medium tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting by US-GAAP standards.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet tight and strict deadlines, agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment under changing conditions and competing priorities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

It can be a great plus if you have:

• Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics platforms.
