We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to join our team. This role requires a sharp multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid of challenges.

This is a full-time, on-site position, located in HaBarzel Street, Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
• Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior management
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence and documentation in both English and Hebrew
• Maintain office supplies and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Assist with project coordination and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Personal Assistant
• High-level English (both written and verbal) – a must
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• “Can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Fast-paced, efficient, and resourceful (“Taktaknit” and “Rosh Gadol” mindset)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
