Job Description

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, people-focused, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with existing and potential clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, email and text.
• Educating all ages on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
• Providing exceptional service that retains existing customers and attracts new customers.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Building personal relationships with customers, the community and other insurance professionals.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various programs to find answers, build solutions and manage tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in insurance.
• Familiarity with multi-channel communication.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
