Procurement Coordinator – Marketing & Events Focus

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and service-driven Procurement Coordinator to join our procurement team in a dynamic and fast-paced role with a strong connection to the world of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes in various areas: printing, packaging, events, promo, field marketing, trade marketing, market research, and subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and others
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships, identify new vendors, and lead cost-efficiency initiatives
• Take part in ongoing marketing meetings and contribute to cross-organizational projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and vendor management – mandatory
• Previous experience in marketing/event/promo procurement – strong advantage
• High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems – advantage
