• Comprehensively coordinate human resource planning and improve the human resource management system.
• Provide advice on human resource strategy and organizational structure to the company's senior decision-makers, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level.
• Guide the development of various modules of human resources.
• The construction, organization and implementation of the company's training system to improve the skills of employees and the development of a talent pipeline
• Refine, shape, promote the company's corporate culture and maintain and manage employee relations, and enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the team Coordinate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
  
  

• Master’s degree or above in human resource management, administrative management, business administration or other related majors;
• Professional Experience: (1) More than 15 years of experience in the overall management of large and medium-sized international Oil and Gas company; (2) have more than 5 years of experience in HR management position in Oil and Gas industry (3) familiar with HR related work procedures.
• Ability requirements: have good communication skills and writing skills, familiar with various professional assessment tools; Familiar with Training plan, Training Implementation; Familiarity with modern human resource theories; Familiar with labor laws and local laws and regulations, and avoid other employment risks;
  
  

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Good Writing skills, proficient in the use of office software, good at PPT Production.
• Having Chinese language ability is preferred
