Job description
- Lead and scale demand generation efforts across paid channels, organic (SEO), and outbound marketing
- Develop an effective outbound strategy in collaboration with the SDR team to generate high-quality leads
- Own and execute the ABM approach, using intent data and personalized campaigns to engage high-value accounts
- Optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel by improving handovers, enhancing pipeline quality, and tracking performance
- Implement a data-driven marketing mindset by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and refining efforts based on insights
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives with overall company goals
Job requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, especially in building and scaling demand generation engines
- Deep hands-on experience in outbound, SEO, and paid acquisition
- A track record of driving pipeline and revenue
- Experience leading or growing a marketing team
- Strong command of marketing and sales tools: Salesforce, Pardot, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English
