Responsibilities
- Own paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
- Segment audiences & A/B test like a pro.
- Maximize ROI & report on KPIs.
- Manage budgets & timelines.
- Automate lead capture, scoring, & workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, scripting).
- Optimize landing pages & ad content.
- Maintain data quality.
- Implement new marketing tech.
- 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS).
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn & Google Ads.
- Analytical skills & proficiency in Salesforce, GA4 (PowerBI/Tableau a plus).
- Experience applying technical solutions (scripting, APIs, automation) to drive growth
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Zapier or Make
- Email marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Superb project management & attention to detail.
- High level English
- SEO/website optimization skills (a plus).
