Plus500 is looking for a talented individual to join the Payments Team. The Payments team is responsible for handling the group clients’ payments, monitoring the payment providers' efficiency, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Detection and resolution of potential technical issues in coordination with the development team and external payment providers
- Analysis and monitoring of transactions approval ratios
- Authentication of customer financial and trading activity and processing of withdrawals, based on a set of decision-making tools
- Reconciliation of transactions between payment providers and internal systems
- Communication with payment providers and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Resolution of payment-related customer queries, escalated by the customer-oriented teams
- Impeccable attention to details
- B.A. in Economics/ Business/ Statistics or another relevant degree - Mandatory
- English – high level in writing – Mandatory
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Team player
- Data analysis experience - Advantage
- Working Days: Monday-Friday
