Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role blends customer success with internal communication coordination, offering a unique opportunity to grow across multiple functions. As the first point of contact for B2C customers and a key support for internal team operations, you’ll ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient information flow within the company.

This is position is ideal for someone motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management:

Welcome new B2C customers and manage their journey throughout the lifecycle. Provide hands-on support to resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Internal Communication Coordination:

Support internal teams by improving communication processes and helping ensure relevant information is shared effectively across departments.

• Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date understanding of our iGaming products to confidently address questions and assist users.

• Feedback & Insights:

Monitor customer interactions and trends, providing actionable insights to help optimize internal processes and enhance product development.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-first mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Interest in technology and internal operations within a digital environment.
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
• Able to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Conversational proficiency in English is a must.
