Process & Validation Engineer

Process & Validation Engineer | Full-Time | Northern Israel

A leading medical cannabis company is looking for a Process & Validation Engineer with experience in pharma/biotech/food industries to join our Quality & Engineering team.

What you’ll do:

What Will You Be Doing?

• Full responsibility for the drying process of the plant after harvest, including the management of critical process parameters (CPPs) and development of customized drying protocols.
• Responsibility for post-drying storage conditions of the plant, with continuous monitoring of climate conditions in the processing and packaging facility.
• Real-time data analysis and identification of necessary actions in response to deviations or malfunctions.
• Execution of process validations in cases of changes to manufacturing procedures.
• Qualification of equipment and systems used in production and drying, according to the approved validation and qualification plan.
• Collaboration with production and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Active participation in change control processes and leading them when necessary.
• Writing of validation protocols, summary reports, SOPs, work instructions, and other technical documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducting risk assessments (RA) and change evaluations (Change Control) for processes and equipment.

What we’re looking for:

* B.Sc. in relevant engineering field – required

* Hands-on experience in process validation in pharma/biotech/food – required

* Deep knowledge of GMP standards and strong documentation skills – required

* Analytical mindset, responsibility, teamwork, and independence
