Job Title: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
Location: hybrid
Summary:
The Clinical Trial Assistant supports clinical study teams with administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth conduct of trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF)
- Track regulatory and site-related documents
- Coordinate study meetings and logistics
- Assist with submissions to ethics committees and regulatory authorities
- Support communication with clinical sites and external vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in clinical research is an advantage
