^{Vim is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As a senior legal counsel, you’ll report directly to the VP of Legal and work closely with key stakeholders and executives in the organization, providing legal counsel in every day-to-day business aspect.}

• ^{Provide legal advice to the company's various departments.}


• ^{Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.}


• ^{Draft terms of service and customer agreements.}


• ^{Product counseling.}


• ^{Regulatory and compliance, mainly privacy and healthcare regulations.}  

• ^{An experienced commercial lawyer with at least 5 years of experience} 


• ^{Experience in a technology company -Must have} 


• ^{Experience in a commercial department of a leading law firm}


• ^{Experienced in complex commercial transactions including dealing with regulatory and compliance issues}


• ^{Experience with data privacy laws and HIPAA -  strong advantage}


• ^{Strong technological orientation}


• ^{Super organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills}


• ^{Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English}
