Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate contact through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and assess fit for our solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings and demos, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and strategies, providing valuable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• CRM Management: Track and document all prospecting activities diligently in our CRM system.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
• Highly organized, with an ability to manage your pipeline effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
