A Cutting edge social cybersecurity startup is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand growth strategies, tone, and messaging on a global scale while building a robust marketing team from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that resonates with our target audience, including B2B and B2SMB approaches.
- Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand positioning and protection, especially in high-risk sectors like social media security, impersonation, and account takeover protection.
- Build and run marketing funnels that support both inbound self-serve and outbound enterprise sales strategies.
- Lead product marketing, content, and educational initiatives to drive awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and manage B2B marketing materials such as e-books, whitepapers, blogs, websites, and social media content.
- Manage and optimize go-to-market strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads.
- Collaborate with sales and RevOps teams to ensure marketing efforts drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team o freelancers across video, voice, content, and design.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events, educating audiences on cybersecurity threats and solutions.
- Identify and execute viral growth hacking strategies to increase brand reach.
- English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience with SaaS products.
- Experience in growth hacking and viral marketing tools to drive inbound demand.
- Strong background in brand management, messaging, and positioning.
- Hands-on experience in content marketing, email marketing, social media management, and messaging funnels.
- Knowledge of marketing personas and ICP development to refine targeting and segmentation.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies for complex products in cybersecurity, particularly social media security and account protection.
- Experience running marketing operations with minimal resources, with an agile and creative approach.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with big brands, talent managers, and retailers to establish brand security solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team.
