A company in our portfolio (100+ employees) is seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee their strategy, growth efforts, and brand. With a strong marketing foundation in place, they are seeking someone who can contribute to high-level go-to-market initiatives while maintaining a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. This is an amazing opportunity to lead marketing in an established and ambitious org, creating a strong and growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Own the company's brand, positioning, messaging, and competitive approach
- Collaborate with Sales and across the GtM org to drive leads and support growth
- Own and manage the company's properties, content, and thought leadership
- Manage and mentor a marketing team to scale your efforts
- Build the infrastructure needed to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Qualifications
- At least 6+ years in diverse/all-around marketing roles, including in leadership positions
- Experience in a startup environment, with a strong preference for B2B enterprise companies
- Excellent messaging and creative sensibility with a track record of defining world-class brands
- Experience managing teams
- A hands-on approach, including in recent roles
- Ability to contribute to leadership-level decision-making
