As a User Acquisition Manager, you'll lead large-scale digital marketing campaigns across major platforms, driving user growth and maximizing results. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
- Analyze key metrics and implement strategies for continuous optimization.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to achieve business goals.
- Manage budget allocation effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key platform contacts.
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, managing global, high-budget campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta (must), TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn (advantages).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Pivot tables, Looker Studio, Google Analytics).
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High-level English proficiency.
