We're seeking a passionate, professional, and experienced Customer Success Manager with experience in CRM, technology, learning, security, and service.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Be part of a global successful team.
- Manage customers from the onboarding phase throughout the customer journey to ensure they get the most value from CybeReady solutions.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Develop effective, successful processes to support customer success.
- Represent the voice of the customer to contribute to product improvement.
- Lead and own the customer subscription renewal process from A to Z
- Operate the CybeReady technological platform to help customers reach their business goals.
- Lead data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve customer performance.
You have:
- At least four years in customer-facing roles.
- Managed or took part in sales cycles in the past, including expansions, cross-sales, and renewals.
- A previous experience and desire to work with remote and in-person international customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer management and the capability to handle multiple customers concurrently through a methodical delivery approach, marked by meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical orientation and analytical experience - ability to monitor, identify, and present performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues up to the tier 2 level entirely.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- High-level knowledge of Excel – Must
- knowledge of PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
