Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist located in Kochav Yair. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing supplies, developing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role includes ensuring the efficient procurement of materials, monitoring supplier performance, and analyzing supply chain data to enhance sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development
• Strong Analytical Skills and Supply Management expertise
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
