Business Applications Implementer

As a Business Applications Implementer, you will improve processes and adoption, develop and deploy new business processes, and ensure best practices in the database.

We’re looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy Business Applications Implementer with strong integration experience, especially with Workato.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in Salesforce implementation, who is ready to take ownership of cross-system workflows and business-critical automations.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects end-to-end: handling all aspects of definition and design, implementation, development, training and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using our business applications.
• Proactively identify areas for process enhancement and develop new processes.
• Manage new business requirements to increase efficiency, productivity, and automation where appropriate allowing our systems to support the company’s growth.
• Support users on their day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting.
  
  

• 2 years of hands-on experience as an Integration/ Automation Specialist
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer
• Fast learner with solid self-learning abilities
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales processes at a company and individual sales rep level
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an individual contributor
  
  

• BSc. Industrial Engineering, Economist, or another business-oriented field
