A leading and stable organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our procurement team!

In this role, you’ll support and monitor procurement orders, ensure smooth workflow processes, track invoices and reports, assist with administrative tasks, and collaborate with department managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee and assist with procurement orders and workflows
• Track and process procurement invoices
• Monitor reports and ensure accuracy
• Provide administrative support across departments
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills – a must
• Experience with Priority or SAP – a must
• A responsible, accurate, and methodical approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
