We are looking for a talented hands-on Controller to join the finance department. As a controller, you will be managing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities, reporting to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of financial activities in collaboration with the bookkeeping and accounting team.
• Playing a key role in monthly-end closing and preparation of quarterly reviewed financial statement and annual audited financial statement.
• Work closely with the external auditors, SOX reviewers and other internal and external functions.
• Preparation of analytical analysis to ensure precise and provide insight into the company’s performance.
• AD-HOC accounting and tax related tasks, providing support to other processes within the finance team.
• Support the world-wide subsidiaries with salary process, end closing and other financial ongoing issues.

Requirements

• CPA with B.A in accounting.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience of which at least 2/3 years at the Big 4 and 2/3 years in public company – required.
• US traded companies experience and USGAAP background – an advantage
• Managing experience – an advantage
• Independent, well organized, detailed-oriented, highly motivated, excellent time management skills with a can-do-approach and the ability to think out of the box.
• Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional skills in Microsoft Excel
