What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Developer at R-MOR, you’ll be at the heart of our product development—building end-to-end features, scaling systems to support rapid growth, and embedding security best practices at every layer of the stack. You’ll help shape the future of our platform and play a key role in delivering real value to our customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform—including front-end, back-end, and database components.
• Translating customer needs and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contributing to the architecture and long-term vision of our technology stack.
• Ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable through adherence to best practices and thorough code reviews.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Staying current with emerging technologies through self-study and continuous learning.
• Taking initiative and ownership of tasks, working independently with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or security-focused products.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Deep understanding of both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
• Expertise in AWS services, SaaS application development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Flightcontrol).
• Bonus: Experience with AI technologies and multi-cloud platforms (MCP).

Security Mindset

• Awareness of common cybersecurity threats (e.g., reconnaissance, vulnerability scanning, exploitation).
• Commitment to secure coding practices and platform hardening.
