Full ownership of feature development across Front-End and back-end.
Building scalable web applications with clean, production-ready code.
Developing rich, interactive UI components with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Creating robust APIs and services using server-side technologies.
Actively involved in daily coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
Working in an agile environment with short release cycles.
Participating in code reviews and enforcing development best practices.
Continuously improving system architecture and Developer workflows.
Strong focus on delivering working software that meets business needs.

Requirements:
5+ years of Full Stack development experience in distributed environments.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent academic background.
Proficiency in JAVA or Go, with hands-on experience using Spring Boot.
Advanced frontend development skills in React or Angular.
Solid experience with multithreading, messaging systems, and cloud platforms.
Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
Familiarity with Firebase, MongoDB, or Big Data a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of system architecture, performance, availability, and reliability.
Agile mindset and experience using tools like JIRA.
Self-learner, creative problem solver, great team player.
Fluent in Hebrew and English speaking, reading, and writing.
