Full Stack Software Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead to guide, mentor, and oversee our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in both frontend and backend technologies, with proven experience leading agile teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality coding standards
• Actively participate in hands-on development tasks across the entire stack (.NET Core, Node.js, React)
• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and services
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to define project requirements and achieve strategic objectives
• Mentor team members, provide regular feedback, and foster continuous professional growth
• Ensure robust database management using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices in software development

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in .NET Core and Node.js
• Solid frontend development skills using React
• Extensive experience working with DB, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring developers, and agile project management
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead teams through technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Developing GIS systems using open-source tools (e.g., Open Layers, Leaflet) or ESRI technologies (e.g., ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server) is a significant advantage
