The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Identify, research, and prospect new potential clients in the B2B high tech sector, primarily through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
- Initiate engaging conversations to understand prospects cloud challenges and needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for our sales and technical teams.
- Effectively communicate WideOps value proposition and our cloud solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline within our CRM system (experience with Monday.com is a plus!).
- Represent WideOps at industry events and conferences, networking with key players.
What You Bring:
- A strong affinity for the high tech market: Genuine interest in cloud, AI, DevOps, and what's happening in the tech landscape.
- Proven sales experience: Experience in a sales driven environment is a significant advantage, particularly from fast paced roles like cellular or TV sales call centers, demonstrating resilience and a strong drive to hit targets.
- Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly grasp complex technical concepts and new CRM systems.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems is required, familiarity with Monday.com is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Fearless Communicator: Comfort and confidence in engaging with potential clients via phone, LinkedIn messaging, and email.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively from our Haifa office and travel to events in Tel Aviv as needed.
