The Role
We are looking for a Partner Manager with strong affiliate management experience and at least 2 years of experience in the gambling and online casino industry.
This role is about strategic relationship management—you will be responsible for building, managing, and retaining partnerships with key industry professionals.
Unlike a standard Affiliate Manager, this role carries greater responsibilities. It is not just about acquiring partners, but also retaining and growing these relationships for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners who can refer clients to GBO’s services.
- Retain and develop existing partnerships to maximize long-term business value.
- Develop and execute strategies to nurture and expand our partner network.
- Monitor partner performance, track referrals, and analyze business impact.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and industry research to source and engage potential partners.
- Represent GBO at major gaming conferences worldwide to strengthen our network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the gambling & online casino industry
- Ability to travel internationally for meetings and industry events
- Strong background in affiliate management, business development, or partner management
- Proven ability to build, retain, and grow long-term partnerships
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem
- Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Skills
Existing network within the gaming industry (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing, marketing and compliance
Experience with sales enablement tools & automation systems
Strong analytical skills to measure partner performance & ROI
