Fullstack Team Lead

We're looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack Team Lead to lead the team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable software solutions

Develop, test, and maintain C# .NET applications using Angular or React frameworks

Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using MSSQL

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices

Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development

Proficiency in Angular or React for modern front-end development

Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design, queries, and performance optimization

Experience with .NET Core for building scalable, high-performance applications

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
