The job opening is based in Jerusalem.
Your role :
We are currently researching an Account Executive, energetic, motivated, who is a hunter, has knowledge of technology and sales. You will sell our entire offering to customers aligned by industry sector.
Your mission :
- You directly address medium and large customer accounts ;
- You build, share with an expanded team and implement an account plan to get maximum revenues ;
- You are responsible of the prospection, sales propositions, negociation and of the opportunities closing ;
- You manage complex sales cycles, dealing with C-level contacts at our customers' sites ;
- You evangelize BayBridgeDigital’s vision through products demonstrations, market events and specific initiatives with the support of dedicated pre-sales teams.

- Graduation from a Business School (or equivalent university training) ;
- 3 to 5 years experience in technology sales (preferably in software, consulting or enterprise applications) ;
- Experience in Professional Services.
- Strong sales forecasting and sales execution capabilities ;
- Ability to work as a true team player with our partners (Salesforce) or other involved parties ;
- Exceeding quota targets;
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment;
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, the French must be a plus.

As a Salesforce Partner specializing in implementation services, we are experiencing rapid growth and are reinforcing our sales team to bring in future BayBridgeDigital talent.
Position Location: Jerusalem / Tel aviv
Your Role: We are looking for an Account Executive who is energetic, motivated, and a natural hunter, with a strong background in both technology and sales. You will play a critical role in selling our Salesforce implementation services and project-based offerings to customers across various industry sectors (Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, Utilities, Services).
Your Mission:
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large customer accounts.
- Collaborate with an extended team to build and implement an account plan to maximize revenues from each account.
- Lead prospecting, develop sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close opportunities.
- Manage complex sales cycles and establish relationships with C-level contacts.
- Evangelize BayBridgeDigital’s vision and offerings through product demonstrations, market events, and initiatives with support from dedicated pre-sales teams.
Skills and Requirements:
- A passion for technology sales, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Experience selling Professional Services (PS) and technology solutions, with a preference for Salesforce consulting or implementation services.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technology sales (preferably in software, consulting, or enterprise applications).
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and exceeding quota targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: conviction, listening, argumentation, organization, curiosity, autonomy, team spirit, and creativity.
- Strong sales forecasting and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work as a true team player with partners such as Salesforce and other involved parties.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, with French as an advantage.
