What You’ll Do

• Lead Multi-Channel Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other performance channels.
• Turn Data into Impact: Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive Experimentation: Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize every step of the funnel.
• Spot and Seize Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging platforms, formats, and tools that can give us a competitive edge.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging, targeting, and user journey optimization.
• Own the Budget: Manage and allocate high UA budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale user growth sustainably.

What You Bring

• 4+ Years of Experience in user acquisition or performance marketing with a strong record of driving measurable growth.
• Global Campaign Expertise: Hands-on experience managing significant budgets across international markets.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong Communicator: Capable of clearly presenting data insights and marketing strategies to cross-functional stakeholders.
• English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working in agile teams and adapting quickly to feedback and results.
