This pivotal role focuses on leading our talent acquisition efforts, with an emphasis on technical roles. It also contributes to various HR initiatives and oversees office management to support our dynamic startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on technical positions and other key roles.
• HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and culture.
• Employee Experience: Nurture and uphold a great team vibe and work environment.
• Office Management: Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in human resources, with a proven track record in technical recruiting.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools.
• Attributes: Adaptability, proactivity, and a passion for building and nurturing teams.
• Languages: Professional-level English proficiency (as we recruit outsourced teams); native-level Hebrew proficiency.
