A leading advertising software company based in Tel Aviv is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Junior Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
Our client base is global, and most communication is conducted via real-time chat, requiring clear written communication skills and a strong focus on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing quick, respectful, and effective support via live chat and other channels to both international clients and internal departments, making sure no question goes unanswered for long.
- Spotting and recognizing issues fast—technical, financial, or operational—and navigating the company to bring the right people together and solve problems efficiently.
- Owning the resolution process from start to finish: identifying the issue, involving the right teams, ensuring a solution is delivered, and confirming satisfaction.
- Working across departments to create seamless, client-focused experiences and improve internal communication and collaboration.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time role with a consistent monthly schedule, combining morning and evening work hours.
- Participation in a mandatory 30-minute weekend on-call shift ('emergency') to support our international clients across time zones.
Requirements:
- Professional-level written English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good grasp of digital tools and a quick learner when it comes to new platforms and systems.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with premium or enterprise clients, is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in growing within the company.
