Junior Customer Support Representative

A leading advertising software company based in Tel Aviv is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Junior Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.

Our client base is global, and most communication is conducted via real-time chat, requiring clear written communication skills and a strong focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing quick, respectful, and effective support via live chat and other channels to both international clients and internal departments, making sure no question goes unanswered for long.
2. Spotting and recognizing issues fast—technical, financial, or operational—and navigating the company to bring the right people together and solve problems efficiently.
3. Owning the resolution process from start to finish: identifying the issue, involving the right teams, ensuring a solution is delivered, and confirming satisfaction.
4. Working across departments to create seamless, client-focused experiences and improve internal communication and collaboration.

Work Schedule:

1. This is a full-time role with a consistent monthly schedule, combining morning and evening work hours.
2. Participation in a mandatory 30-minute weekend on-call shift ('emergency') to support our international clients across time zones.

Requirements:

1. Professional-level written English.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
4. Good grasp of digital tools and a quick learner when it comes to new platforms and systems.
5. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with premium or enterprise clients, is an advantage.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in growing within the company.
