Black Rabbit is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.

Our reach continues to grow through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Skyscanner, Kayak, and Google Flights. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
