Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap Operations: Maintain and evolve our product roadmap processes—ensuring timely updates and communication to internal stakeholders and field teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Plan and facilitate recurring strategic touchpoints with Sales and Solutions Engineering to gather feedback and drive product-field alignment.
• Planning & QBR Cadence: Support the end-to-end execution of quarterly business reviews, and other strategic rituals to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Training & PM Enablement: Develop and help implement scalable onboarding, training, and upskilling programs for PMs at all levels
• Organizational Sync: Ensure the PM team operates in sync—through consistent processes, shared tools, and best practices across domains and levels.
• Operational Excellence: Identify and drive process improvements that enhance team collaboration, speed, and impact.
