About the Role:

As VP of Sales, you'll be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You'll have the opportunity to lead sales for a company providing essential security tools and services to organizations around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales execution and new customer acquisition.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding the company's reach and presence.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap and messaging.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data protection space.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the data protection market and the challenges organizations face in securing their data.
• Experience selling complex security solutions to enterprise customers.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
