A leading global company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Managing Director to oversee global operations and business growth across complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
This is a strategic leadership role for an accomplished executive with deep experience in project-based organizations and a solid track record of building operational sites and business units in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead renewable energy projects globally – from early-stage development through construction, operation, and commercialization
• Establish and manage business entities and local operations across Europe and America
• Structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with investment funds, regulatory authorities, and institutional stakeholders
• Identify emerging markets, drive business development, and lead expansion initiatives
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in international project-driven companies – ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy
• Proven expertise in site establishment, operational leadership, and complex deal structuring
• Strong commercial acumen and executive-level negotiation capabilities
• Experience working with investment funds – a significant advantage
• Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew; additional languages– a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively
