What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly analytical, fast-moving QA Automation Engineer with strong debugging skills, hands-on experience in API testing, and advanced knowledge of Cypress with JavaScript. You’ll be part of a cross-functional Dev team, helping us deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality software.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Working as the dedicated QA Partner within a development team, taking full ownership and responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What is needed to succeed?

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear and structured test plans and documentation
• Proactively takes ownership and drives excellence in quality.
• Build and maintain robust automation test suites for web apps using Cypress + JavaScript.
• Write and execute manual and automated API tests (REST/JSON).
• Debug, isolate, and document complex issues across frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on QA and project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  
  

• 2+ years in QA, with a solid blend of manual and automation experience.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript and Cypress for frontend test automation.
• Proven experience in REST API testing, including test design, validation, and debugging.
• Solid grasp of debugging tools (browser DevTools, network logs, backend logs).
• Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Strong analytical mind, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  
  

• Experience with API mocking tools or contract testing (e.g., MSW, Pact).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and fast-paced release cycles.
• Knowledge of Playwright or Selenium
