Infrastructure Cybersecurity Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding and managing cybersecurity aspects of infrastructure projects, working closely with both IT and business units across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure-focused cybersecurity projects in collaboration with internal security teams.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to infrastructure, IT systems, and business departments.
• Support technology projects from a cybersecurity and infrastructure perspective throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define cybersecurity needs, identify suitable solutions, evaluate and adapt relevant technologies.
• Write and tailor cybersecurity requirements to align with organizational policies, primarily at the infrastructure level.
• Contribute to secure architecture planning in accordance with company security policies.
• Participate in infrastructure security assessments.
• Draft requirements for cybersecurity products and innovative technologies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with cyber risk management regulations and cybersecurity laws and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, particularly focused on infrastructure security.
• Proven experience managing and supporting cybersecurity projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SIEM systems.
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure and development teams.
• Practical experience operating and managing security infrastructure components such as NAC, DLP, SIEM, Firewalls, IPS, and WAF.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operating systems in Windows, Linux, and VM environments.

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications and training.
• Familiarity with local cybersecurity regulations (e.g., insurance industry cyber risk management guidelines).
• Background in financial services or insurance is a plus.
