Technical Support Engineer

A company specializing in electronic test equipment is looking for a Technical Support Application Engineer.

The role includes remote technical support (Tier 1/2) for company instruments and software used in electronic component testing, digital and wireless communications, and Digital/MW applications.

The position involves close collaboration with Keysight’s global expert customer teams and provides broad exposure to instrumentation, applications, and advanced technologies.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Communication Engineering
• Up to 2 years of experience with Keysight instruments and software products
• Hands-on experience with RF/MW test equipment – an advantage
• Programming skills applied in Test & Measurement environments – an advantage (using languages such as VEE, LabView, MATLAB®, C/C#, Python)
• Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• High-level English – both written (technical writing) and spoken communication
