We're seeking a talented Team Lead to join our engineering team and drive innovation in retail technology!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers while contributing hands-on to development
• Drive technical decisions and architect solutions for scalability and reliability
• Develop new product features with real impact on global retail operations
• Design and implement APIs that enhance digital experiences for internal and external customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and support rapid growth

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2-3+ years of experience as Tech Lead/Architect
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Public Clouds (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong expertise in C# .Net Core (5+ years)
• Solid understanding of cloud-native development, microservices, and containerization
• Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Golang
• Background in Retail industry or POS software solutions
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, service-mesh
• Experience with GitOps, GitHub, Helm
• SaaS platform development experience
