Frontend Developer

A Startup Company in the Creative Technology field, the company’s strategy focuses on providing a comprehensive solution for all content creators worldwide across all levels of expertise and all types of desired content. These include video editors, social media influencers, and YouTubers, who have become the company’s fastest-growing target audience.

The company has revolutionized the digital media licensing industry by introducing a unique subscription model with unlimited licensing, allowing customers to enjoy the added value of unrestricted, high-quality content.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv (near a light rail station), the company offers a hybrid work model with two days working from home. It has around 420 employees globally, about 300 of whom are based in Israel.

Founded a decade ago, the company develops and distributes digital content for creators through multiple subscription-based platforms of digital assets. It serves over 20 million customers worldwide.

Role Overview-

• Part of a focused and high-impact development team consisting of 3 developers.
• Reports directly to the Team Lead.
• Responsible for end-to-end development of complex and high-visibility features.
• Collaborates closely with other teams and developers, often working in small groups (2–3 developers) on shared features.
• Works on some of the most innovative and strategic features in the company.
• Operates in a fast-paced development environment with the ability to release to production multiple times a day
• Adheres to strong development methodologies and best practices.
• Utilizes modern technologies including React and Next.js.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer is a strong advantage
• Proven experience leading the development of major features or applications in a production environment.
• A track record of mentoring junior developers and fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability: You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
