Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Temporary Operations Coordinator for a 6-month position to support operational execution across the automotive product lifecycle—from prototype to mass production.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and operational coordination in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update inventory and parts tracking systems to ensure real-time data accuracy across multiple product lines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and customers to ensure timely, spec-compliant delivery of components.
• Monitor and report on delivery milestones and program KPIs (e.g., DV, PV, SOP, customer timelines).
• Resolve delivery and supply-related issues by working closely with engineering, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
• Generate operational reports using internal systems to support supplier meetings and internal reviews.
• Identify and drive process improvements in supply chain operations, drawing from industry best practices.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in automotive operations, supply chain coordination, or program management.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools, ERP systems, or PLM platforms used in automotive workflows.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
