Software Director

We seek a talented Software Director to lead multiple software development teams.

• Direct management of diverse software development teams
• Leading Full Stack teams (React/Node.js) and C++ development teams on challenging and complex projects.
• Full responsibility for development execution, goal achievement, product quality, and short- and long-term planning. including Lead the development and execution of Product and R&D initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, establish priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architects.
• Leading continuous improvement processes, automation initiatives, and optimization of development and delivery processes.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and developing team leaders and developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple software development teams – mandatory.
• Experience in designing and building enterprise-grade software
• Previous experience as an R&D Manager or Group Manager in a tech product company – mandatory.
• Strong experience managing Full Stack development teams – mandatory.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, Azure Cloud environment, and production systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience in managing team leaders and providing professional and managerial guidance.
• Background in C++ development or managing C++ teams – a significant advantage.
• High-level English (written, spoken, and reading).
• Experience with managing tech offshore
