What You’ll Do:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Remotely manage daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate inbound processing, inventory updates, and streamlined workflows. Maintain strong visibility into operations through systems and performance tracking, ensuring efficiency without being on-site.

• Shipping & Distribution Strategy: Develop and optimize shipping and distribution strategies to support business goals. Monitor carrier performance, shipping timelines, and cost efficiency. Provide regular analysis and recommendations to improve logistics operations and reduce costs.

• Inventory Planning & Control: Lead inventory oversight, ensuring accuracy across systems and locations. Anticipate and address stock shortages or surpluses, and oversee return and damage processes to maintain healthy inventory levels.

• Data-Driven Reporting & Insights: Own reporting for shipping, stock levels, and operational KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, flag issues, and inform business decisions with actionable insights.

• Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies and design scalable operational improvements across fulfillment, warehousing, and inventory management. Implement best practices to improve performance and reduce friction.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the key liaison with suppliers with multiple warehouse teams. Ensure alignment on timelines, stock flow, and service standards to support seamless operations.

• Documentation & SOP Development: Create and maintain clear, standardized operating procedures and documentation to support consistency, team training, and continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams including E-commerce, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to align operational execution with business objectives and customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is a plus.
• Web Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies and integrations is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Self-Starter: Strong ability to learn independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or relevant education is required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, when necessary.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to the U.S.
