Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Special Education Teacher working with children on the autism spectrum. The role includes planning and delivering tailored educational programs, creating and implementing behavioral plans, and collaborating with other educational professionals and parents. The teacher will conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and adapt learning methods to meet the individual needs of students. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment and participating in professional development activities. This is an on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Special Education and Behavior Management
• Skills in Lesson Planning and Individualized Education Program (IEP) Development
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Special Education
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Fluency in Hebrew; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
