One of our clients, an innovative technology company at the forefront of high-speed wireless communication, is looking to hire a Multidisciplinary QA Engineer. This company is revolutionizing data transfer technologies by developing ultra-fast, skywave-based communication solutions that aim to approach the speed of light in wireless connectivity.

In this position, you will be deeply involved in validating and optimizing complex systems that integrate RF, networking, software, FPGA, and hardware components. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure system-wide functionality, reliability, and performance. The role combines hands-on manual testing with automation development and requires a deep understanding of end-to-end system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze technical requirements, specifications, and system design documents
Develop comprehensive system test plans and test cases
Debug and analyze RF and network-related issues during lab and field validations
Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python (approximately 20% of the role)
Investigate and resolve customer-reported bugs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including FPGA, system, algorithm, and software engineers
Engage in hands-on lab work, including integration testing across software, hardware, amplifiers, antennas, and networking components
Participate in on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements:

BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field – mandatory
3–7 years of experience in QA of multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
Strong expertise in RF and data communications – mandatory
Proven experience writing and executing System Test Plans from System Requirements
Proficient in using lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power meters
Experience with automation testing in Python
Solid knowledge of Linux and networking protocols
Experience working with SQL
Ability to understand code (not necessarily write or modify)
Must be comfortable with significant hands-on testing and system integration work

Embedded QA Engineers who handled integration and real-world lab validation
