Job Description:
- Sales in the company’s areas of activity, with an emphasis on the defense and optical industries
- A combination of fieldwork and office-based work
- Managing commercial relationships with relevant customers and represented companies (suppliers/manufacturers)
- Pricing, preparing, and sending quotations to relevant customers
- Participation in customer tenders across various sectors
- Managing new projects
- Escalation to Customer Service/Back Office and Supply Chain for relevant projects
- Configuration control – creating items in the company's systems
- Generating routine reports for customers
- Customer retention and sales promotion
- Coordination of internal company activities
- Handling exception reports
Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead cross-organizational activities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- High-level English proficiency
- Sales capabilities and a deep understanding of customer needs
- Technical background and connections in the defense sector
- Strong service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Personal responsibility and independence
- Well-developed commercial intuition
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
