HR Business Partner – Temporary position

About the Role:

Priority Software is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and play a key strategic role in supporting both local and global business units. This position includes working closely with managers and employees across our Israeli teams as well as subsidiaries and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in various departments and locations
• Lead end-to-end HR processes: workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, employee retention, employee processes, and more
• Collaborate with local and international leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for HR matters
• Develop and implement HR policies, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRBP in a software/tech company – required
• Proven experience in a global work environment – required
• Strong background in supporting senior managers and leadership teams – required
• Fluent English – both written and spoken – required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – required, master’s degree – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, independent and proactive approach

• Full-time position, 4 days a week from the office in Rosh HaAyin, with possible travel to the north (to Nesher).

•Temporary position for six months, with an option for extension.
